Voetbalschool Atletico vzw processes personal data about you because you make use of our services and/or because you have provided this information to us yourself via electronic correspondence and/or telephone contact.
Your privacy and trust are important to us, so we make every effort to protect your data and treat it confidentially.
Why We Collect Data
Voetbalschool Atletico vzw processes your personal data for the following purposes:
• Registering your membership or enrollment

• Sending our newsletter and/or brochure

Voetbalschool Atletico vzw also processes personal data if legally required, such as data needed by the sports federation Sportievak vzw for our recognition as a sports club, or data requested by local authorities for potential subsidies.

o Information necessary to process accident reports
• Data of persons under 16 years of age:
o We only collect data that parents actively provide via the registration form to allow participation in activities
• Our website does not intend to collect data about visitors under the age of 16. However, we cannot verify a visitor’s age. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in their children’s online activities to prevent data being collected without parental consent.

How Long We Store Data
Voetbalschool Atletico vzw will not store your personal data longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.
Data in our newsletter database will be kept until the recipient unsubscribes or we remove the data ourselves because it is no longer relevant due to the recipient’s age. Each newsletter contains clear instructions on how to unsubscribe.

Voetbalschool Atletico vzw does not sell your data to third parties. We will only share it if necessary to comply with obligations related to insurance.

No cookies (small text files) are placed on the visitor’s computer during a visit to our website.

To ensure the request is made by you, we will verify your identity, either by phone or via your last known email address.
